What software and websites cost
These are starting prices — the answer to "what is the least this could cost". The final figure depends on what you need, and I can only give it after we talk. The point of this page is that you can check the budget fits before starting that conversation.
Starting prices
Prices exclude VAT. Domain, hosting and any third-party services (SMS, payment provider, map APIs) are billed to you directly by that provider — I do not mark them up.
What moves the price
Two jobs with the same name can cost very differently. What actually makes the difference:
Screens, not pages
A five-page brochure site and a five-screen admin panel are not the same job. Every screen where someone enters data, filters it or pulls a report is its own piece of work.
Whether it integrates
Payment providers, e-invoicing, shipping, accounting software, a supplier XML feed — each connection brings its own failure modes. The work is not making the call; it is deciding what happens when the other side does not answer.
Who writes the content
If copy, images and product data are ready, the project moves faster. Writing them from scratch is separate work.
Whether a design exists
With a Figma file we go straight to code. Without one, the interface has to be built first.
Whether something already exists
Starting fresh is usually cheaper than taking over a half-finished project. On a takeover, the first job is working out what the code actually does.
Always included
- The full source code — when the project ends the code is yours, and nothing stays on my servers.
- A responsive interface, delivered working on phone, tablet and desktop.
- Deployment and go-live, including domain and hosting setup.
- A short document or screen recording covering how to use it.
- 30 days after delivery, any bug caused by code I wrote is fixed free.
How payment works
I do not ask for the whole amount up front. The work is split into stages and each stage is paid as it is delivered.

Conversation and written quote
You describe what you need; I put the scope and timeline in writing. This stage is free and commits you to nothing.

Start — 40%
Taken when you approve the quote. Work begins on this payment.

Midpoint — 30%
When you can see and use a working version. Changing direction is still cheap at this point.

Delivery — 30%
After go-live and your sign-off. The code and documentation transfer to you at this stage.
Common questions
What does a website cost?
Brochure sites start around ₺5,000; corporate, multilingual or admin-panel projects run ₺20,000 and up. The gap is not page count — it is what the site does. Is it a catalogue, or does it take orders and issue invoices?
Why is there no exact price here?
Because quoting exactly means knowing what you need, and I would rather not guess a number and add to it later. After a half-hour conversation I put a fixed written quote together, and that quote does not move afterwards.
What is the smallest job you take?
The floor is ₺3,000 for small changes and bug fixes. Below that I turn one-off work down — setup and back-and-forth end up longer than the job itself.
Do extra costs appear later?
Not for what the quote covers. If you want something outside that scope I price it separately and get your approval — nothing gets added quietly.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not by default. Domain and hosting are your own costs, paid to the provider. If you want ongoing maintenance we can agree a monthly arrangement, but you are not locked to me once the project ships.
How do I pay, and do you invoice?
Bank transfer, in stages. I invoice as a registered sole trader; prices exclude VAT.
How long does it take?
Brochure sites usually 1-3 weeks; projects with panels and integrations 4-10 weeks. The timeline goes in the quote — if content or feedback runs late on your side the schedule moves too, and we agree that up front.
